As a Comcare accredited provider of rehabilitation services, Work Rehab is proud of the important work we do with Veterans. Our team of over 110 consultants nationally has been working with and supporting veterans for over ten years and has a deep understanding of the skills, values and experience Veterans bring to the community. In 2022, Work Rehab was recognised as one of three finalists in the Prime Minister’s Veteran Employment Program Awards.
Veterans often have unique and complex health needs and conditions. Whilst some rehabilitation goals may be to return to work, many veterans need assistance following discharge, with their transition into civilian life and a new workforce.
We also work closely or collaborate with other ex-service organisations, including RSL to ensure our veterans have further community support.
